Hero Missions

How we look after your details

We collect the details you send in this form to review your entry and update mission totals. With your permission, we show only your hero's first name and county. Grown-ups' names, email addresses, heroes' ages and entry descriptions stay private. We never sell your details. New entries go directly to our private website review queue, not to Formspree. Our website hosting and database providers process these details to provide those services. Nothing is added to the public count until an administrator approves it.

We delete private mission submissions, grown-up contact details and related mission emails from the copies we control within 90 days of receipt. The team checks these weekly; deletion is manual, not automatic. This also covers mission photos emailed to us. Service providers may retain backups under their own policies.

Approved public first-name/county entries can stay on the website until you ask us to remove them or the team removes them. Anonymous mission totals can remain. To ask for private details, a public entry, or both to be removed, email hello@tinytreeheroes.org. Please tell us the mission and which entry you mean, without sending extra children's details. We normally handle removal requests within one month. Read our full Hero Missions privacy information.
